Kopi inflation in Singapore

In 1980, price of a cup of coffee is 30 cents. In 2011, price has rose to $1.

Thus,the annual compounded percentage growth in price is about 4%. Did wages of those who drink coffee rose 4% annually throughout these 31 years?
