China inverted yield curve

China 10 year bond yield is less than 5 year bond. Is it an anomaly due to supply problem as china may not issue enough 10 year bonds or a signal that recession may be ahead?

The bond buyers do believe that China will get its inflation under control by hook or crook else its political stability may be at risk.
