Can an old dog teach new tricks at POSB?

POSB has hired a former head as a consultant to brush up its battered image since he left.

Its parent company,DBS had also an old bank head as its chairman. Looks like DBS and POSB is going retro.

But will they be able to teach new tricks when the competitive environment has changed?

Is this just adding more deadwood to the bureaucracy? The consultant will only earn his money if POSB is not cursed by the queuing Singaporeans and foreigners.
