The myth of compensation disclosure

OCBC just disclosed the exact amount of compensation for their top executives. Reasons like competition for talent have been cited for not disclosing exact compensation.

But, if financial companies whose talent is mobile decides to disclose exact compensation, it puts to rest the unnecessary worry about loss of talent due to disclosure.

More singapore companies should follow suit.
