Martin wolf changes his stand

Martin wolf of FT finally changes his stand. He is now supporting a one-off windfall tax on banking bonus.

John Thain recently defended the bonus culture of Wall street, in contrast to Lloyd Blankfein who realised the “grapes of wrath” felt by the public. Only a windfall tax suggested by martin wolf will make the likes of john thain wake up to the fact that “times they are changing”.
